Hello everyone! I'm very new to the hobby, and excited to partake in all the trials and tribulations in front of me. I've always admired people who can take a clapped out PoS, and through careful and skillful work, turn it back into a beautiful car that turns heads and makes people smile. A couple of years ago I decided that I could keep wishing to be that kind of person, or I could bite the bullet and become that person! So, I purchased what I could afford at the time, and stuffed it in my garage for safe-keeping. The plan is to learn as I go, and hopefully arrive at an operational motor vehicle at the end. I have a 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner. Not the most desirable year to be sure, but it's the factory 440, of which only 749 were ever built. It's a Spinnaker White car with tan interior, 1 re-paint, with the usual lurking rust issues. I have not had the opportunity to start any kind of work on the vehicle, as I have some educational goals to accomplish first. However, I'm excited to get started, and I look forward to any advice and assistance this board could provide. Money, unfortunately, stands in the way, as I have some pretty major life expenses this year.
